CHATILLON® DFS II R ND Series features all the capabilities of the DFS II, but also includes a remote SLC dedicated to the unit offering the ability to test in locations where a fixed and integral load cell is impractical. The DFS II-R-ND allows the user to change SLC load cells adding the flexibility of having one base indicator and several load cells to meet different testing needs. Measurement accuracy is better than 0.1% full scale in integral load cell or dedicated remote models. The DFS II R ND offers wireless data transfer and comminicaton via integral Bluetooth. The high resolution dot matrix LCD ifull color display supports a variety of standard gauge functions.Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. CHATILLON® DFX II Series is an economical digital force gauge ideal for measuring basic peak force.The DFX II is available in four capacities (10 lbf, 50 lbf, 100 lbf, 200 lbf) and features an integral load cell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.3% FS. Measurements units that the DFX II supports are: ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N. The rechargeable NiMH battery pack allows the DFX II to run for 70-100 hours continuously.

 

Mechanical Force Gauges
Analog force gauges provide basic tension, compression, load, and peak load measurement displayed on a large 2 I/4 inch dial that rotates 360 degrees for taring. These gauges are unidirectional with one end for tension and the other end for compression tests. A peak hold button holds the pointer at peak load.
dg DG Series ideal for force measurement applications up to 500 lbf, 250 kgf or 2500 N.The DG Series has a force measurement accuracy of better than 0.5% full scale and includes mechanical overload protection. The gauge is available in lbf, kgf and N units.

Cycle Control conveniently plugs into the tester footswitch jack, enhancing the economical LTCM Series tester by providing 3 additional modes:
  • In Manual Mode the tester will travel in the desired direction and stop at the preset mechanical limit
  • In Single Cycle Mode the tester will travel in the desired beginning direction and upon reaching the preset limit will reverse direction, to travel to the preset opposing limit and stop
  • Cycle Mode also functions with the load limit feature on Chatillon® DF Series Digital Force Gauges

Chatillon's MT Series of mechanical test stands are an ideal solution for tensile and compression testing. Combined with a Chatillon force gauge for an economical, manual testing system perfect for the production floor or lab. MT testers feature an innovative, modular design that maximizes working space while simplifying operation and maintenance. Testers may be equipped with a quick-action lever or precision handwheel for controlling crosshead speed and travel. MT testers can be bench mounted, wall mounted, or positioned horizontally. The MT series testers include hooks, compression plates, adapters, and gauge mounting hardware.Although manual testers are economical solutions for testing, travel speed variation can influence force measurement. When rate of travel is specified or critical, manual test stands are NOT recommended.

Pneumatic Testers

TT Tester a pneumatically operated tester for measuring break strength of electrical leads, terminals, connectors, wire wraps, etc. Ideal where intrinsic safety is required. Performs both tensile and compressive tests up to 562 lbf (2.5 kN). Has a 6-inch (15 cm) stroke and the hydro-check valve adjustment controls ram speed as low as 0.1 inch per minute (or up to 6-inch per minute) with a rapid return speed. Return speed is independent of the test stroke and can be instantaneous. Maximum air supply is 160 psig (11.2 Bar).

 

Medical Dynamometers
dmg DMG Series objectively measures manual muscle strength and functional task requirements. Available in 200 lbf and 500 lbf capacities, accurately measure (+0.5% FS) instantaneous push or pull forces generated by the test subject. A calibrated dial shows instantaneous force. A peak force switch freezes the pointer at the maximum force for simple identification and analysis.

MSE100-M Series is ideal for clinical or field muscle strength evaluations. Features a large, easy-to-read 2-1/4" analog dial (100 x 0.50 lbf) with tare ring. The gauge is uni-directional and displays force with an accuracy of better than 0.5% of full scale. A convenient peak hold switch, located on the front of the instrument, can be set to automatically freeze the dial measurement at the peak force applied by the patient.
