	Cycle Control conveniently plugs into the tester footswitch jack, enhancing the economical LTCM Series tester by providing 3 additional modes: • In Manual Mode the tester will travel in the desired direction and stop at the preset mechanical limit. • In Single Cycle Mode the tester will travel in the desired beginning direction and upon reaching the preset limit will reverse direction, travel to the preset opposing limit and stop. • In Cycle Mode the tester will cycle continuously between preset upper/lower limits. • Cycle Control also functions with the load limit feature on Chatillon® DF Series Digital Force Gages.
Specifications: Requires Chatillon® LTCM-100 or LTCM-500 Tester with footswitch jack. 110V 50/60 Hz operation. Operating temperature range: 40°F to 100°F (5°C to 45°C). SAM 19- Roller Cam Grip for Woven, Nonwoven, and Film Materials
Shown are SAM 19-3, SAM 19-5, and SAM 19-8	SAM 19- series roller cam grip is ideally suited for woven and non woven materials and works exceptionally well on film material and other flat samples that are up to 0.225 inches thick. A serrated cam roller is spring loaded and tightens to the sample as the load is applied. The upper and lower grips are supplied with a 10-32 male and a 10-32 female threaded attachment for direct connection to most force gages and test stands. Swivel attachment options are available for difficult to align samples. Grips are available in lengths from 3 inches to 8 inches and are rated for loads to 150 lbf. Standard grip part numbers are: SAM-19-3 roller cam grip for samples up to 3 inches wide and up to 0.225 inches thick SAM-19-4 roller cam grip for samples up to 4 inches wide and up to 0.225 inches thick SAM-19-5 roller cam grip for samples up to 5 inches wide and up to 0.225 inches thick SAM-19-8 roller cam grip for samples up to 8 inches wide and up to 0.225 inches thick Other widths and thicknesses are available on special order. SAM-280 Self Leveling Compression Platen
SAM-280 Self Leveling Compression Platen	The SAM-280 Self Leveling Compression Platen has a smooth face with a diameter of 70mm and will level to a specimen that is within 17° of being parallel. The platen is supplied with a 5/8" dia.socket with a side through hole for pinning providing easy installation and removal on Lloyd Material Testers and Chatillon TCD series testers. Threaded adaptors are available for other testers and load cells. The platen swivel and socket are made from stainless steel for durability and strength. Adjustment screws are provided and can be adjusted to eliminate back lash in the swivel. In addition, it can tighten the platen into a fixed angle if necessary. The platen is perfect for compression of foam materials, plastic bottles, springs, or other samples that may not be flat and square at the surface. Standard mounting of the platen is on a load cell connected to the cross arm of the equipment, however, mounting the platen to the base of the tester is ok, especially with springs that may not be flat ground. High Performance Score Bend Test System
	The SAM score bend test fixture is designed to operate with most vertical force test stands. It is sold as a fixture or complete with tester. This test fixture is designed to meet 90° bend tests for fiber board materials and plastics. It uses low friction bearings and non contact stop switch so that the most accurate readings possible are made. Pneumatic clamping of the test material is standard and is controlled with the hand operated switch or optional foot switch.
